Soulchain – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are binding for all users of the Soulchain platform. By using the platform and by creating, purchasing, or selling Soulchains, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Creating a Soulchain

1.1. To create a new Soulchain, the user must pay a fixed fee of 0.02 ETH.
1.2. This fee is non-refundable and remains with the platform.
1.3. Once created, full ownership of the Soulchain is transferred to the user, who may freely set the selling price on the marketplace.

2. Purchasing a Soulchain

2.1. When purchasing a Soulchain, no commission fee is applied.
2.2. The buyer receives full ownership rights of the purchased Soulchain.

3. Selling a Soulchain

3.1. When selling a Soulchain, the platform charges a service commission based on the sale price.
3.2. The commission rate is between 9% – 25%.
3.3. The remaining amount is automatically transferred to the seller’s wallet.

4. First Sale of a Created Soulchain

4.1. When a user sells a Soulchain that they personally created for the first time, a reduced commission applies.
4.2. For the initial sale only, the platform deducts 6% – 9% commission.
4.3. The remaining balance from the sale is transferred directly to the user’s wallet.

5. General Provisions

5.1. The Soulchain creation fee (0.02 ETH) is always retained by the platform.
5.2. No commission is applied when purchasing a Soulchain.
5.3. Standard sales are subject to 9% – 25% commission, while the first sale of a newly created Soulchain is subject to 6% – 9% commission.
5.4. Users acknowledge that all transactions on the platform are final and irreversible.

6. Purpose of Fees and Commissions

6.1. All collected commissions are used to support the sustainability, security, technical infrastructure, and further development of the platform.
6.2. This system ensures that users can operate in a safe, transparent, and fair marketplace.

7. User Acceptance

By using the platform, and by creating, purchasing, or selling a Soulchain, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
